Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at tayzeebebe@1927-capital.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your blanket arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different to what was described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair as required by law. These rights cannot be waived.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong colour, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get the colour you want is to return the original item and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, blankets that have been used, washed, or are no longer in their original packaging cannot be returned.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
